Ice Pack

Deep-Tissue Massage

Take an Epsom Salt Bath
Epsom salts work wonders when it comes to reducing muscle aches and cramps. Take a Swim
One of the best remedies for sore muscles is swimming. The cold water helps reduce inflammation, and the movement of muscles in water helps to stretch them out and ease soreness.
Turmeric
To a cup of milk, add one tbsp of turmeric powder. Heat it over a low flame and drink it twice a day for speeding the internal healing. Alternatively, mix equal amounts of lemon juice with a freshly grated turmeric and salt. Apply this mixture to your aching muscles and leave it on for 30 minutes.
