I love the avocado mousse chocolate. Most importantly is that the kids love this too. This is a real substitute and a real healthy dessert choice. It’s super easy to make the avocado mousse chocolate. All you need is avocado, raw unsweetened cacao, vanilla flavor, a pinch of salt and raw honey.

I used raw honey for this version, however, it is possible to make a low carb version of the mousse by replacing the honey with monk fruit or stevia.

The secret for this recipe is too be generous with the honey. However, I recommend to add 2-3TBSP and taste first and add more if necessary. Another important tip i can share is that the avocado taste takes over after cooling the mousse so make sure it’s sweet before.
