This Gluten Free pasta is great for Kids (and adults). Everyone loves pasta so why not making it healthier with gluten-free pasta? As parents, it might be difficult sometime to make sure our kids are eating healthy. In our house, it’s a never-ending fight so instead of fighting, we decided to help them eat what they love just healthier. Obviously, it’s going to be much easier if you start as young as possible.
So this gluten-free pasta is one of the favorite dishes of my 6 years old son. The pasta made of organic red lentils but there are other healthy choices as well and different types of pasta, penne, linguini, and other shapes depending on what your kids are used to eat. They will not feel the difference.
For the sauce, we also made a small healthy tweak we melted anchovies in the olive oil. We cooked it similar to how we do it with the Gluten Free Puttanesca Pasta
Start with a small piece of high-quality anchovies and you can add more when you see they like it. We also add Tuna and kalamata olives and of course garnish with Parmigiano Reggiano.
