Directions
This Mediterranean Roasted Cauliflower and Broccoli is such a great dish. Cauliflower is one of my favorite ingredients to work with. The reason is that you can eat everyday cauliflower and still enjoy different flavors and textures. From cauliflower pizza to cauliflower rice, cauliflower hummus. roasted cauliflower, Cauliflower in Thaini, cauliflower patties and much more. Cauliflower makes it really easy to stay low carb and still enjoy your food.
Mediterranean Roasted Cauliflower and Broccoli is a wonderful side dish. In most recipes, the cauliflower and broccoli are baked in the oven at 200c (390f) with olive oil. However, I like to combine grass-fed organic ghee and olive oil. We add the olive oil at the end of the cooking to enjoy the health benefits and great taste of the olive oil making sure it’s not smoke.

1. Heat the oven to 425 F (200c). Line a rimmed baking sheet or roasting pan with parchment paper. |

Spread the florets in the prepared baking pan and bake for about 20 min or until browned and soft. turn about halfway through the cooking |
