Healthy and delicious low carb sauteed spinach and mushrooms is a perfect side dish. Adding onions and garlic and also optional if you like spicy food you can add red chili. The mushrooms, spinach is a great side dish with fish, poultry or meet.

The Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin Kvitamin Avitamin C and folate as well as being a good source of manganesemagnesiumiron and vitamin B2. Crush the garlic and let it sit before you cut it for a few minutes. Cut the onions and mushrooms and wash the spinach

Warm up the pan and put the onions give it about a minute stirring and add the garlic and stir for another 30 sec and add the mushrooms salt and pepper and cook them until soften. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted adding salt and pepper again. Take off the heat add a little balsamic vinegar and serve hot
