Directions
The fried cabbage is super simple yet a delicious side dish. It’s a great option for a low carb meal or as an additional side dish. I decided to make this recipe with onions and garlic, but you can use just the cabbage and it’s still so tasty.
It takes about 2-3 min to cut the cabbage and another 10 min on the stove so simple anyone can make this fried cabbage. I use grass fed ghee butter for frying. I used to make my own ghee but lately, I’m using 4th & heart grass-fed ghee. I also really like organic valley ghee but it’s a little more expensive.
Cabbage is a healthy choice. Its packed with fibers so great with weight loss and weight management. In addition to fibers, the cabbage is packed with nutrients including:

- calcium
- Manganese
- folate
- protein
In addition, cabbage may also help lower the risk of diseases and combat inflammation. It is a cheap and healthy choice and can fit any diet.
