Add all ingredients for the hamburgers to a large bowl. Blend it using a wooden spoon or your clean hands. Don't over mix since that can make your patties tough. Use wet hands to form eight oblong patties.

Add butter, onions and olive oil to a large frying pan. Fry over medium-high heat for at least 10 minutes or until the patties have turned a nice color. Flip them to get for even cooking.

1. When patties are almost ready, add the onions fry them about 30 sec and add the mushrooms fry a little longer
2. Toss in the sliced cherry tomatoes (they are optional but adds a great flavor)
3. Add the whipping cream and 1/2-1 TBSP of Mustard and stir for a few minutes (about 5)
Serve hot
