This Broccoli and Cauliflower in Turmeric Ghee is one of my best-kept secrets. The ghee with turmeric gives the veggies a beautiful color and great taste.
This is a super healthy dish, the broccoli and cauliflower are rich in vitamins and fiber. They are very nutritious, both are high in fiber, and low in calories making them a great option for weight loss. Both veggies have folate, fiber and potassium contains amino acids, and helps with cancer prevention, lowering cholesterol levels, and improving gut health.
I’m trying to use turmeric in every dish that it makes sense. Turmeric is great, especially it’s active compounds, curcumin. Curcumin has many proven health benefits. The curcumin has the potential to prevent cancer, Alzheimer’s and even heart disease and could help even with arthritis.
You can easily make the turmeric ghee at home or buy it. Make sure it’s a grass-fed ghee with turmeric
