The fried halloumi sticks is a great dish for a light dinner with a healthy salad or as an appetizer. Everyone likes this simple to make low carb halloumi sticks. They are wrapped with almond flour and some spices to give it a great fun flavor. Try it with the great creamy superfood guacamole by dr. Jockers.
Use a real Halloumi cheese made from goat milk. This cheese has a lot of calcium however also high with salt. I recommend washing the cheese with water before cooking it. It’s a great cheese especially if you’re following a ketogenic diet as it’s low in carbs and so is the almond flour.
