Sweet potato puree is a great side dish that goes well with many main dishes and loved by kids too. It’s also a great option for those days you need to get out of ketosis. This is a super easy recipe with only 4 ingredients. Kids love it too because it has a wonderful sweet taste with the butter it just melts in the mouth.

Kids love potato puree, however, this can be a much healthier option. You can add a potato to the puree if you want. Serve the sweet potato puree along with low carb chicken tenders (Low carb schnitzel) for a kids favorite meal or with chicken liver.

The sweet potatoes are an excellent source for vitamin a,c, b6,b1, b2, manganese, copper, pantothenic acid, potassiumdietary fiber, niacin, and phosphorus.

1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them to small-medium size cubes
2. Fill a pot with water to cover the sweet potatoes add some salt and let it boil on the stove with a close lid for about 20 min. it's ready when the sweet potatoes are soft
3. Drain the pot of all the water

1. Add the butter and mash the butter with the sweet potatoes. You can use a hand blender or simply a masher. Make sure you have enough butter and that everything is mixed together.
2. taste and if needed add salt and pepper. Serve warm
