Finally, a eat lover low carb pizza. Love pizza with meat on it? This is a low carb version for pizza that is more satisfying and tasting then you can ever imagine. Don’t give up on pizza night dinners switch it with this low carb eggplants pizza. Everyone loves this dish and it can be a nice starter or a main dish.

If i have to choose between the cauliflower pizza, chickpea pizza or this one I’ll choose this.

This recipe is really easy to make. All you have to do is cut the eggplant and cook it in the stove while making the meat. For the meat simply use a quality tomato paste, such as Mutti passata to make it quick and delicious.

Cut the eggplants into thin slices dip it with olive oil and organize it on ovenware and put in the oven for 5 minutes.

Fry onions until golden and add the minced beef. when cooked well add the tomato paste

Take the eggplants from the oven and add the beef on it, mozzarella buffalo and Oregano and put in the oven for 15-20 min and it's ready
