My minute steak and stir-fry vegetables is a wonderfully simple dish. This is not an Asian dish with all kind of ingredients most people don’t have at home. And it’s not a dish with ingredients you don’t want to eat. Instead, the steak and stir-fry vegetables is a simple dish that uses the veggies you have at home with a minute steak which is easy to make.

The vegetables I used are broccoli, onion, garlic, zucchini, mushrooms, ginger, and pumpkin seeds. You can remove any of the veggies or add others you like. This is real food that can be a whole low carb keto meal by itself. I also added cauliflower rice.

When preparing the minute steak, be careful not to overcook it. 30 seconds on each side is enough. It will get additional quick cooking later with the vegetables. If possible, try to get a high-quality grass-fed beef for the steak.
