Shrimp with Garlic and Anchovies, what a wonderful combination. It’s the perfect low carb dish that can be severed as an appetizer, main dish and even in a cocktail party.

It’s really super simple and super fast dish. It takes me 1 min to prepare and another 3-5 min to fry and it’s ready. We start by tossing the anchovies to the ghee and olive oil to melt them just like in our gluten-free puttanesca pasta. Once the anchovies melted, I simply fry the garlic and when it’s getting gold color i add the red chili and shrimp for a quick fry on both sides. The Shrimp with Garlic dish is ready when the shrimp are getting a nice reddish color. Optional, squeeze lemon on top and add cilantro. Serve hot.

If you don’t like anchovies, don’t worry about it. I recommend to try this dish as you don’t really feel the taste of the anchovies, but they give a great flavor to the shrimp.
