This chicken and honey is a classic dish for kids with a sweet marinade. But not only kids, adults love it too. The Sweetness of the honey with the savory taste of the soy makes it a fun simple dish anyone can enjoy.

This is a super simple dish to make, it takes me a few minutes to prepare but about an hour and 30 min to bake.  I make it for my kid or when he has friends coming. When we have enough left, I love to add a few side dishes to the Chicken in Honey. The vegetable buckwheat, sweet potato puree or quinoa. I also add additional roasted cauliflower and broccoli for a perfect meal. Not a low carb meal this one is for the kids.
