The Spinach and Mushrooms Omelette is a great way to start your day or for as a vegan dinner.
Start off your day or finish it in a tasty way with this Spinach and Mushrooms Omelette. Easy to make, and tastes as you got it from a fancy restaurant! Spinach and Mushrooms Omelette contains cheese, mushrooms, spinach, and peppers.
I use olive oil or ghee and both are great cooking oils for the Omelette. Simply heat the oil and fry the onions and mushrooms. When softened add the spinach. Make sure to add a lot, because, there won’t be much left after cooking. When the spinach wilted add the eggs mixture.
I love my eggs served for dinner with a chopped salad on the side.
