The Salad with Tahini is a staple in the middle east kitchens. The Israeli and Arabic kitchen is often using Tahini as the paste on many dishes. Adding Tahini to a chopped salad can be an excellent delicious side dish.

Some people even use it as a vegetarian main dish for breakfast, lunch and even dinner. It’s super healthy and satisfying. Tahini is a very healthy food which is rich with Omega6. You should limit the consumption due to the lack of Omega 3. But you can also add Omega 3 to the balance. I like to add Chia seeds to the Tahini or Anchovies both adding Omega 3 and balance the fats.
