This White Fish in pesto sauce is a classic healthy dish is perfect for low carb diet. It’s super easy and quick to prepare. Everyone loves pesto and this is a perfect combination of pesto and white fish.

You can use any white fish fillet, I recommend grouper or sea bass but you can try any fish you like.

This is an easy keto recipe you can serve for guests too. The Mediterranean cuisine is rich in heart-healthy fish recipes. Get a high-quality fish that you like and enjoy a fabulous lunch or dinner.  This dish pairs well with a cauliflower rice or if you’re not after a low carb meat try our sweet potato with pesto and butter sauce (you only need to make pesto once)

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Grease a baking dish with half of the butter or oil.
3. Salt and pepper the fish fillets and place them in the prepared baking dish, skin-side down.
