Directions
Low carb fans, the Bacon and Bûche Cheese Salad is for you. Organic Greens, sprouts, some onions, a few cherry tomatoes and lots of Avocado. Adding the raw bacon, Bûche cheese, and homemade vinaigrette dressing. It’s so easy to make this organic salad, it’s so tasty and it has enough fats and proteins to be a stand-alone meal. You can add an egg to the salad too. This definitely counts as a healthy salad dinner or lunch.
If you don’t have Bûche cheese you can replace it with other cheese like feta.
Paleo, low carb this Bacon and Bûche Cheese Salad is one of my favorites dishes. You get all the good of the world and excellent fatty french cheese, beautiful bacon along with low carb veggies, who needs processed food?
