I love healthy salads and this chopped salad with blue cheese dressing is a great one. It’s excellent for a low carb dinner. The dressing includes a wonderful blue cheese, you can choose your favorite type. In addition, we added some sour cream, garlic, Himalayan sea salt, mustard, lemon, olive oil and fresh pepper.
For this Salad With Blue Cheese Dressing, we used chopped salad to get the Mediterranean feel. However, this dressing works well with just greens salad.
Try a healthy salad dinner, you can have the salad as the entire meal or add some protein on the side with a dish like the tuna patties.
