Heat the oven to 425 F (200c). Line a rimmed baking sheet or roasting pan with parchment paper. Cut the cauliflower into florets and add it to a big bowl. Optional cut big onion slices (about 1/2 option) and 2-3 garlic cloves. Whisk in the olive oil or ghee butter, salt and pepper and toss to coat everything together. |
